[ARC5] AB5S Kung Flu Update, 13 June - leg cramps

    Part of my trouble is nerve damage in my spine. Some may be 
genetic, my mom had cramps in her right calf which she could 
relieve by pulling up the three middle toes. Works for me. All 
the other stuff is worth trying.
