[ARC5] Power supply voltages for ARC-5 receivers

Thanks to all for the responses.  Pretty much gives me exactly what I need
- 140 VDC and up to ??200 VDC at 60 mA or so.  Lower is probably better
given the age of most of these radios.  Works for me.
