[ARC5] Whidbey Island Air Museum

For some unknown reason I decided to take a look at the 'Whidbey Island Air Museum'
( Oak Harbor, WA ) to see what they were doing with their PBY-5 at their little museum,
which I'm sure is quite financialy limited. I saw the below snip from a short video. I
wondered, how hard is it to correctly identify an item they're displaying? I do not get
it ! Is it just basic lack of smarts? Anyway, I wanted to see their progress. A principal of
this museum offended me a few years back, and I decided that while I'm still on the planet,
they will never get an ATB from me. -Hue Miller
