That ebay item is the severed front panel section of the RT-58/ARC-12, minus all the resr of the RT-58. The complete RT-58 is identical in size and connections to the VHF RT-18*/ARC-1.
The remote control box and panel for the RT-58 are the same that are used with the RT-18*:
C-45/ARC-1 BOX
C-115/ARC-1 PANEL.
An existing VHF AN/ARC-1 installation converts to a UHF AN/ARC-12 installation just by swapping the RT-18* with an RT-58 in the MT-230*/ARC rack and (presumably) changing the antenna. (The AN/ARC-12 instruction book doesn't say much about the antenna, IIRC.)
Still, knuckleheads will continue the bogus claim that A.R.C. Type 12 gear is the "AN/ARC-12" just as they have for 65 years. :-)
