[ARC5] Markings question

A rather dirty RAX-1, 1.5-9 Mc receiver just arrived,
and once I cleaned up as much of the dirt as I could,
uncovered a penciled marking on one of the RF unit cans.

Just curious as what CAC could have meant?

The front panel has what looks like an inspectors
stamp, but not the usual orange-ish Navy anchor.
Instead, a yellow circle with RT 1 inside.
First time I've seen one like that.

Stayed up way too late last night
("just going to do one more thing")
and it is showing signs of life.
