Hi, Mike!  It's an "Anritsu" service monitor from work.  Does tons of stuff I'm still learning, like an IFR-1500 the size and weight of a school dictionary.  (We call it a "jujitsu").  Vector analyser, signal gen, spectrum analyser, etc. etc. A "swiss pocketknife" for Comm Field Engineers.  I think they're like $15 zillion bucks.  I haven't yet figured-out how to monitor audio off the air but it's probably in there somewhere.
