[ARC5] Wire ferrules

Would anyone have a source or part number/manufacturer for the barrel 
type ferrules used on the ends of headset cables? I had someone that 
thought he had a source, but was unable to come up with a part number 
and supplier. They don't have to have the piercing lugs, but I would 
like to find ones that are cylindrical crimps rather than the square, or 
trapaziodal ones. I've even tried to find aglets that are close, but no 
luck so far.
