[ARC5] BC-611 F Data Needed

Regarding BC-611, or other units of the same time period, resistor values
changing:

When I restored the SJ-1 radar on the USS COBIA I found that the builder
(Western Electric) had purchased resistors from two venders, Allen Bradly
and IRC.  Every one of the IRC's was way off spec (high) and every one the
AB's were right smack on spec.

The moral of this is to check the parts list for resistor manufactures and
if you
see IRC get ready for a soldering session.
