[ARC5] BC-611 Battery Replacement from Pietro

I've been searching the web to see what my options are for the HV supply on
the BC-611F.   Both my units came with the 103V battery,  but I suspect
recharging isn't going to work  (that was satire by the way.....).

Aside from two construction articles for a self contained battery pack,
there was a fellow in EU, Pietro, that sold self contained battery packs on
eBay.    I emailed him a few weeks ago and finally got a response:

"Hello,
sorry, at this time I am very sick,compelled on my bed, unable to make
parcels and carry to post ofice.
Please ask in the summer:if we will be alive, I will be happy to sent goods.
Pietro"
