[ARC5] WTB Roller inductor assy and antenna relay for T-22

If I had the choice of the larger coils(s) 6033 or 6034, where 6035 was not available, I’d certainly opt for one of them rather than let the radio sit idle or unrestored. That was my point. Replacing the power/control connector with an octal plug is a whole different issue. And FWIW, I have a 6034 (needing a small repair to make it usable) that is doing nothing if anyone needs.

Howie, sure it would work, just like an octal plug will work fine for the power/control connector and an SO-239 for the antenna connector. It just depends on how "half-vast" the "restoration" will be. If fidelity to the original design where possible is not an important goal, one might just as well skip replacing L-52, IMHO. There's got to be tens of thousands in land-fills because it was the first thing hams removed and trashed for 30 years after war's end. :-)

Mike, wouldn’t ANY of the HF coils work? The T-22 uses the one with the least turns, and it’s an open ended coil. As long as it has the minimum and can crank down to zero turns, it should load any antenna it was designed for. Also looks like the roller contact is the same regardless of which coil it’s used with? Other than “authenticity”?

That would only be helpful accompanied by roller wire gauge and number of turns, PLUS the recipien5 having the original part for comparison...which the OP does not. If the number on a prospective roller is 6035, it will be marked in semi-permanent paint and that is the only authentication necessary.
