If it's just receivers you might consider an antenna multicoupler rather
than a switch.  I've never tried to build one, but seems like with
transistors being so fast and cheap as they are now it would be a lot
easier than with the old vacuum tube designs.

If transmitters are involved it may be more difficult to build than you
have in mind.  You'd really like a switch that grounds the unused
ports in addition to connecting the antenna to the one you are using.
There is the article in March QST p. 36 about the need for high isolation
to keep transmitter output from leaking into receiver inputs.
