[ARC5] If You're Gonna Be Locked-Down

Thanks Mike and David: I managed to blow the photos up enough to read 
the specification on the DC meter faces, which is what I was after. I 
want to make sure that I get meters that meet or exceed the specs, so as 
to not load the circuits down. I've managed to find 3 of the 9 meters so 
far. Thought I found a 4th, but the spec was well under the one in the 
test unit, so I passed on it. Lots of fun on the hunt these wet days.
