[ARC5] BC-669 Project for Veteran, That "Homer Moment" "DOH!!"

According to the diagram and what I'm seeing, this relay is wired 
directly across the primary of the High-B+ transformer and the AC 
circuit for both is completed by another relay.  Makes no sense to me.   
Just going to replace the relay with 115VAC one and move on.  Receiver 
is working well- now to troubleshoot the transmitter.
