RE:  Kon Tiki

I read the book many years ago.  I don't think there was a lot of detail 
on the radio operations.  There are a lot of references on the Web.  The 
best I found is QST for December 1947, p69.  It contains considerable 
detail.  There was a lot more radio equipment than you'd think.
