[ARC5] Loctal adapter

   Hi, First I apologize for mixing up Loctal and Octal, I do know the difference, and even had a Loctal in my hand at the time.
   It was suggested by Wayne WB4OGM I could easily build an adapter. All I need is a Loctal socket and a Octal tube base, which I have.  Is there a “surplus” Loctal socket out there?
