[ARC5] Octal tube tester settings

    Actually, they are 12.6 V filaments but I guess 14 was the 
closest number to that for registration.
    Loctal bases were quite popular for a time for portable and 
auto radios but were supplanted by miniature tubes and, 
eventually, solid state.
