[ARC5] LCR meter recommendations?

I've seen that one in use on some YouTube vintage repair channels & it was one of the first ones I looked up, but I think the price tag is a bit high for me to put it on a Christmas wish list.

I have one and what Peak claims is true. Those are for sale in the US
too, see the "distributors" link at the bottom of their page.
Maybe not cheap but very good. Only extra recommendation: store an extra
12V battery somewhere...
