[ARC5] LCR meter recommendations?

 Ebay has a bunch of them listed but nothing specific about the range. You will have to get the makes and models and do a separate search for the details. Kind of stupid on the seller's part, IMO.
I bought a little for about $12 on Ebay called a "transistor tester". Not only does it auto-identify the type and and critical specs of the transistor/fet, it also does LCR!  However it only goes down to maybe 50pf on caps.
Ebay item # 233242010634 looks to be the new version of it.

   I have been using a MLC-500 LC meter.  Also an Ebay item.  So far, it has worked very well for me.  A bit small but it does the job.  I also use a Heath IT-11 with the ability to check leakage.
