[ARC5] LCR meter recommendations?

I've had several, Wayne - most were a disappointment. The hands down
best so far has been the DE-5000, made in Taiwan:

others. There are some videos on line that are worth watching. (It was
supposedly replaced by a "more accurate" DE-6000, but it turns out that
may have been a bit of marketing strategy by the US rep.)
At $79 it may be more than your limit, but you only buy it once and it
includes ESR measurements as well as LCR. It _does_ measure small
values with fairly good accuracy, at least based on my tests.
