[ARC5] [Boatanchors] GO-9: Cathode Mod Questions

I seem to vaguely recall something like that in a long ago article - but
not much more.

Thee may have been mention of specific tubes for different situations.

What impressed me most was that it plugged right into the key jack (if you
keyed the cathode).
