[ARC5] GO-9: Cathode Mod Questions

Popular Electronics had a cute circuit for modulating Novice – class transmitters ( <75W )  with cathode modulation by a single transistor with I think, 2 transistor
preamp stages. It is true as an 'efficiency modulation' circuit you have to drop the resting unmodulated current to ½ but the simplicity of this circuit can't be beat.
