Back when I was just out of highschool, I helped another fellow carry a BC-610 up a flight of 
stairs to the second floor physics room of my highschool.

He almost dropped his end, and I got a hernia out of it.

A few years later, Bob Preston W7DPG and I carried another BC-610 from the back of his 
truck into his shack and set it down, carefully, on the floor. No hernia resulted from that.

It wasn't until a few years later that I found out that the BC-610 weighed 400 lbs.

I sure wouldn't even so much as attempt that idiocy today.

So, I think the "BC-610 deadlift" would qualify...
