The "VRAMA" decal on that set almost certainly actually says "WRAMA" which stands for "Warner Robins Air Material Area."  The AMA's were what the USAF called its Air Logistics Centers in that era.  WRALC is pretty big when it comes to electronics and presumably was the depot for that radio.
