You can do it yourself, Dennis.
I purchased some miniature banana plugs, perhaps from McMaster-Carr, used paper and pencil to trace the chassis socket positions, then pin-punched and drilled a piece of Paxolin board to accept the banana plugs.
I had a spare FT-234 rack, removed the existing 7-way plug, slid my ARC-5 transmitter into the rack and then positioned the made-up Paxolin boarded banana plugs to mate.
