[ARC5] Cache of 248 Command Sets

Maybe he does, but usually optimizing the return involves a controlled doling 
out when there is a limited marketplace.  For some reason he is looking to move 
them all at once.

Very few will have the ability and resources to be involved.  And who knows what 
his reserve price is.  Perhaps he was already made an offer and thinks it was 
low?  BTDT, sadly.
