[ARC5] DM-32/ 12 and 28 volt dynamotors

I've brought out the dynamotor 28V lead separate from the heater lead. A
diode in the dynamotor B+ lead and another in the mains-powered B+ lead
means I don't need to switch the B+ from one to the other. With either the
dynamotor or the power supply running, the other's diode is reverse-biased.
