Most likely easier said than done}

YouTube is your friend, how to mold things.....

mcmaster car has :

1. Shrink-Resistant Modeling Clay : or use paster?

2. rubber/plastic molding compounds:

3. socket head screws (brass or bronze)

It May cost ~15.00 $ bucks for each tool when all is said and done ?

Take a small handle screwdriver,  make a split Mold from it, sheet of
paper between the two halves mold of the screwdriver handle.

Pour in the rubber/or/plastic compound, stick the socket head screw in
the middle and VO-La ! Custom tuning tool.
