[ARC5] SCR274-N CW side tone level fix

This is sorta old news, but several months back I was trying to find a way to lower the CW side tone level in the headphones of my SCR274-N command set to a level that didn't punch holes in my ear drums. Well I finally got chance to revisit this problem I took Dave Stinsons idea of putting two diodes in parallel with reverse polarity across the headphone jack, bingo it works, and with no affects to the modulation transformer from what I can see, and hear anyway. I have received good audio reports, and CW note sounds fine as well.
