[ARC5] RJ-45 Wire?

I once bought some cheap 100’ Ethernet patch cable for TTY loop hookups.
IIRC, it was the cheapest I could find. Stranded, maybe #28 and with a
springiness and high resistance that makes me think it might be steel. Also
the pairs weren’t twisted together very tightly.  I was crimping on spade
lugs so don’t know about solderability.

It was not like the usual untinned or tinned copper stranded Ethernet patch
cable I have used in the past..
There’s all kinds of “Ethernet” cable out there. YMMV.
BTW, I think CAT5 is stranded for patch cable and solid for permanent
installation.
