[ARC5] Intriguing photo

So here I am at 4 am, unable to sleep because of a heatwave and I stumble
on this photo:

What's unusual is the SCR-183 / 283 coil box behind her. It's complete with
its cover, but why is it there? What is it hanging from? Is that a normal
stowage position?
