[ARC5] AVA-126 vibrator tubes

The vibrators for the AVA-126 are high on the list of unobtanium. I
have been looking for close to 20 years. I once saw a listing for
a replacement on the net, but it turned out the listing was a typo.

There are manufacturer stock numbers for the units, and later today or
tonight I'll go dig up my notes and pass on the information.

My AVA-126A has a 6V vibrator in it, but the can has been opened
and the base rewired for 12V. I have not re-opened the can to see how
or if there has been some method of lowering the voltage to the coil.
The unit works, and doesn't get overly warm.

The other issue with my unit is that the 0Z4 rectifier has been replaced
by a 6X5 and a dropping resistor for use on 12V, and all attempts to
restore it back to the 0Z4 failed. It works OK with the 6X5, so I wound
up leaving it in.

Now if anyone needs NIB 6V vibrators for the AVT-15A, I have quite a few
of those.
