[ARC5] Looking for an easy way to copy 200 ARC-5 emails to a Word doc

Over the years I have put at least 200 ARC-5 list emails in
a folder titled, ARC-5, on my computer. I did this because
the emails covered topics that I found interesting and that
I thought I'd want to refer to later... Might say, it's my
reference library on ARC-5 gear.
Now I copied them to a folder, entitled "ARC-5." But first,
I forwarded an email to myself so I could change the subject
line to a meaningful topic. For example, Dave's recent email
to the ARC-5 List, would be retitled to
"Feed Coax on 80m w/100pf cap and w/50pf on 40"
The entire folder is about SCR-274N and ARC-5 gear, so I didn't
put those words in the new title line.
Okay, so now I have over 200 of these ARC-5 emails in that folder
and I'd like to categorize them into meaningful topics.
Does anyone know of an easy technique, other one at a time, to
get the text from an email into a word document? For example is
there software out there that will read the email in a folder and
then copy it into, preferably, a word document? Or other type
document?
Thanks in advance for your help on this project...
