[ARC5] [Milsurplus] GO-9: Cathode Mod Questions

My GO-9 is cathode modulated.

I have designed the power supply to "loaf" the transmitter with adjustable
B+ at around 100W output power.

I inserted a modulation transformer in the PA filament center-tap, thus:

This circuit is capable of modulating the carrier 100% at full output,
my Peak meter indicating 120W PEP.
