I'm with you on this one, Ken.

When I was teaching electrotechnology at Sydney Tech, I used Command
receivers to show what could be achieved with a little care in alignment. I
regularly got your figures, though the Command maintenance manual accepts
far worse.

Students brought up on solid state couldn't believe the performance they
could get.

It might be the "spec", but I measured mine at 1 uV for AM, and something
like 0.1 uV for
