Our ICBMs do not use GPS. In general, our military aircraft and missiles do not use GPS as a primary guidance source but rather to update inertial navigation systems.
GPS may be used as a navigation system in support aircraft or to augment other navigation systems in cargo aircraft. When we went into Somlia in the early 1990's, some C-130's used GPS to supplement other navaids, with the GPS antenna mounted in the astrodome.
In Desert Storm we had a limited GPS system available because the loss of the Shuttle Challenger resulted in a long delay of launches of the operational GPS system, but it was still of great value.
GPS guided bombs do use GPS for guidance.
