[ARC5] HS-33 parts

Question for the collective.... I started to look at the wiring for some 
of the headsets I've accumulated recently. All will most likely need new 
wiring. I haven't been able to locate the small, cylindrical ferrules 
that are used on the receiver ends.?? There are two different types I've 
seen. One is a cylinder that has two small triangular teeth crimped into 
the wire, and the other has a saw tooth split the length of the ferrule. 
Both, when crimped, remain cylindrical.?? Any idea of a source and/or 
part number for them? Also ditto for crimp dies. All I've been able to 
find are dies that leave the terminal in square, hex, trapezoidal or a 
cupped profile.
