[ARC5] [Milsurplus] " M-1 " on BC-453 ?

In a belated grand document organizational effort that is only 10% done,
I finally found the Tech Order for the "M-1" modification (T.O. No.
16-40-2), and uploaded it to my website in the docs section -

Perhaps that will put /finito/ on the sporadic and often creative
speculation on the strange orange stamp that appears on the surplus
reflectors from time to time.
But somehow I doubt it... :-) Enjoy!
