[ARC5] Silver dial?

That dial looks factory to me.  The nut securing the dial doesn't show any
tool marks from being removed and the markings are all sharp and clear.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the capacitor replacement job which
appears quite professional, including rivets installed in the unused
capacitor mounting holes.

This could have been a post-war rework since the BC-453 saw service into
the 1960s and beyond.

Also, too bad it has been under water evidenced by the rust/corrosion on
the plated screws.
