Dave Stinson is the world's most qualified expert on the VHF SCR-274-N sets.  He actually has a complete set.  After Dave, there are several others on this list alone with greater knowledge of this set than I.

But...IIRC the BC-950-A four-channel VHF command transmitter is nearly the same as the later T-23/ARC-5 except that it has a built-in modulator using an 815.  That stage was eliminated in the T-23 in favor of using the MD-7 and an audio swamping wirewound resistor in the T-23.  And of course, the connector at the rear and associated wiring differs just as any SCR-274-N transmitter does compared to any AN/ARC-5 transmitter.
