Oh... you mean like this one here on the bench (almost)? In answer,
with no question, Number 2, tempered by Number 1 and your precursors.
Clarifying, however, that the term "get around to it" is not, repeat
NOT, like Congress and the budget. Been there, done that but... no
T-shirt, yet....
