[ARC5] Rebuild or No: A Poll

A question- please take a moment to give a
thoughtful, considered answer:  You've received a
scarce A.R.C.-make model of SCR-274N BC-459
transmitter.  It's been modified, including two
quarter-inch holes drilled in the front panel on
the lower-left, blank part of the panel. It's
dusty and needs cleaning, but the paint,
nomenclature tag, yellow markings and inspection
stamps are in good shape.  Antenna connector has
been replaced with a coax connector.  Antenna
relay, roller coil and its mount missing.
Selector relay is present.  Filaments and some
other mods.  Rear connector is intact.

Now, assume you receive the transmitter with a bag
containing all the missing parts and a document
showing all the mods and resulting circuit
diagram.

1.  I would make this project a priority, giving
it the time and effort needed to return it to the
air.
2.  I would accept this project and add it to the
"get around to it" list.
3.  I would not accept a project needing this much
time and effort, for reasons I consider valid.
4.  Other- please define.
