[ARC5] [Milsurplus] Cool New DC-DC Converter

Hi Mike,
I have found 2V gel-cells hard to get, 6V easier. Bummer, because I use
one in my GE model 260 portable, which use a vibrator to make B+ and
runs the 1.4V filaments directly off the 2V bttery via an RF noise
filter with the right DC resistance.
