Many times the manufacturers outsource the PCB assembly and so even they don’t stock replacement parts!  The best you can hope for is a replacement board and the cost usually makes it uneconomical. This is especially true of programmed parts. 

I have repaired a number of such radios. Sometimes you get lucky and it’s a cracked connection or standard part, other times your best bet is to find a junker you can scavenge the board from.
