[ARC5] ABE and ABK Test Receiver

Arc-5 Folks,

I have unearthed:

Type CPR-60AAJ
Test Receiver
For use with model ABE and ABK Series Equipment

This thing has two independent “channels”, each with on/off switch, an antenna input, two battery tubes, tuning control, and phone output.

Does anyone know about this gadget?   At:

Which is:

I learn that the ABK systems were Mark III IFF system transponders operating at 158 to 168 mc.

If anyone is interested in this thing, let me know. It’s way down on my list of things to mess with.
