[ARC5] [Milsurplus] ARC-2 Tags and Nomenclature

One final, albeit late, comment regarding modified RT-91 radio sets, the 
modified RT-91 units did not get the new design PA tank circuit.  My 
"modified" RT-91 has the fuse box and that's it.  The meter switch is 
still there but the thermocouple is defective.  Looks like some were 
sort of given a short-stack on the mods.
