[ARC5] SCR-522: Coming Together

SCR-522.  Bad bypasses (including two dead short)
and bad resistors replaced in the BC-625AM
transmitter.  It's making just under 4W out with
good modulation so far.

Receiver has about 5 dBm to go to make spec.  Got
an open bypass in the IF somewhere.  Aligning the
12 MC IF is interesting, since Radio Havana Cuba
on 12.000 MC in the evenings, picked up from my
sig gen lead, can be louder than the sig
generator, LOL.  Slow beat note (less than a
cycle/sec) between the sig gen and RHC was making
peaks hard to find, so moved the sig gen to 12002
KC and that worked fine.  Lots more to do as time
