(Not writing great details on this project because
I don't think one other person on the planet is
going to take this one on. Just posting status
for interested friends).

Replacing caps and Hi-Z resistors in the Front End
of the SCR-522 BC-624 receiver was challenging.
Slow and steady, with lots of photos and drawings
to get the thing back together. 15 minutes here,
an hour there- took a few days, but patience was
rewarded ;-)

Interesting: The front end of the BC-624 RX is
loaded with 680 pFd bypass caps. Tested all of
those replaced using a ZM-11 bridge and found them
all reading "good." Nevertheless, the receiver
plays now. Of course, a lot of resistors were
"off the reservation," but not by more than about
30% at worst. Probably not enough to make 15 dBm
worth of difference.

1. Dynamotor Supply (check).
2. Mounting rack/electromechanicals (check).
3. BC-624 Receiver Revival (check).
4. BC-625 Transmitter Revival (next).
5. System re-integration.
