[ARC5] RF Impacts On Instrumentation

I have my ARC-114 receiving and transmitting but I am having trouble figuring out what is going on with the power supply voltages and currents because the RF from the transmitter is getting into the VOMs, both the digital and analog models.

Will putting some toroids around the test leads help this?
