Hi Robert,

Any switching power supply is chick full of harmonics, and needs a 
shielded enclosure and very careful filtering of both input and 
output--probably including feed-through capacitors--to quiet it.  The 
fundamental might be anywhere between 50 KHz and 1 MHz.
