[ARC5] Theft of a name. A thief stole Bruce's name and is using it. Grrr!

Hello all,

I got an email that (at first glance) appeared to be from Bruce Long.
Over time I exchanged many  e-mails with Bruce, but didn't read the address following "at".
It wasn't good-old reliable Bruce!!

There was a link included in the e-mail and I clicked that too.  
Silly me.  I suggest you look carefully at any mail from Bruce and specifically AFTER 'at'.

This e-m came from (it would seem) Japan - but it might be anywhere.
